This website is my final project for Dr. Mandel's class, LSC 548: Information Architecture and Web Site Development. The goal of this project is to consider everything I learned throughout the semester and apply it to this site.
During the semester, I learned: HTML, CSS, and a bit of JavaScript. During the labs, I learned how to collect and organize website information, so it makes sense towards the layout of the site, compare and contrast functioning websites to see what works and what needs to change, how to conduct a usability test, and how to create a treemap.
The updated version of this site includes highlights of my course work during my time in the MLIS program at the University of Rhode Island, reflections on this course, and my plans for my professional future.
